Vegetarian and Vegan
Over the years, it has been argued that vegetarians and vegans simply cannot obtain as much nutrients and vitamins as required, especially not in contrast to their meat-eating counterparts. This is not strictly true. There are plenty of great alternatives.
Whilst getting vitamins and nutrients may not be as much of a struggle as many think, vegans and vegetarians do occasionally struggle to get other essential ingredients like omega oils, which are usually found in fish. It’s certainly not impossible, but made much easy with quality supplements to give you that extra boost.
