Usage

1 or 2 capsules to be taken 3 times per day with water. To be taken:

  • on an empty stomach, 30 to 60 minutes before food or exercise
  • for 6 days in a row, with no capsules on day 7.

Warnings:
Contains caffeine and other natural stimulants. Not recommended for children or pregnant women (58mg caffeine per capsule).
Long-term intake of 60mg of vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness.

Reduce intake or take with food if nausea, nervousness or sleeplessness occur. If the user is unsure if they can tolerate natural herbal stimulants, use one of our other weight management products.
